The Burbank Police Foundation was founded in 2013 by Michael Hastings, Shelley Rios and Claudio Losacco. The BPF Board of Directors is a distinguished collective of Burbank residents, business owners, and industry leaders who, through their tireless dedication, are helping make Burbank one of the safest and most vibrant communities to live in.
