National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial

We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the Burbank Police Foundation and the Burbank Police Officers’ Association for sending us to the NLEOM in Washington DC this year. We were honored to represent the Burbank Police Department during this notable week. Throughout the week, we attended several events honoring law enforcement professionals which included a Candlelight Vigil Service, a Memorial Service, and the Guarding of the Wreath.

In regard to the Candlelight Vigil Service, we were honored to escort survivors of officers recently killed in the line of duty into the seating area of the vigil. We were also fortunate to see President Trump speak and commend our nation’s law enforcement officers in front of the US Capitol at the Memorial Service. Lastly, the Guarding of the Wreath that was placed in the center of the law enforcement memorial in honor of all of the fallen officers was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget.

We again are very honored to have been representatives for the Burbank Police Department at NLEOM this year. Thank you so much!
